I recently partnered with Betsy from BJM Creative, a marketing strategist for small business owners. She came to me with a clear vision for her website; a clear and clean customer experience.
BJM Creative had solid brand guidelines before partnering together, so we were able to use her brand color palette to amplify her friendly and professional brand vibe. To reach her goal of a straightforward customer journey, we took a birds-eye approach to her site map, mapping out the different flows from each page of her website.
The result is exactly what she envisioned and starting converting leads on her website shortly after launch!
